About Us
Who We Are
Contact UsDistinctive Solutions CIC is a coaching-led social enterprise based in London, working with young people, small businesses, and communities across the UK. We deliver workshops and one-to-one coaching that support people to gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful next steps in their lives, learning, and work.
Our work is for all young people, with delivery that is inclusive and accessible for those with SEND, including neurodivergent young people and those with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).
Our Coaching Approach
Our practice is grounded in Gestalt and Solution-Focused coaching.
- Gestalt coaching supports awareness, self-understanding, and recognising patterns in the here and now.
- Solution-Focused coaching helps individuals identify what is working, clarify goals, and move towards practical next steps.
Together, this holistic approach supports people to reflect, make sense of their experiences, and take ownership of their decisions – without being told what to do.
Our Mission
Empowerment Through Coaching Style Conversations
To support people to think clearly, build confidence, and make informed decisions about their next steps.
We create safe, reflective spaces where individuals are encouraged to explore options, recognise strengths, and turn insight into action.
Our Vision
A Connected Community
By December 2027, Distinctive Solutions CIC aims to support 10,000 individuals across the UK – including young people, adults, and small business owners – through inclusive, coaching-led programmes that build confidence, clarity, and sustainable next steps in work, enterprise, and life.

Our delivery is flexible, strengths-based, and responsive to different learning styles, communication needs, and levels of confidence. This ensures participation and progress for a wide range of young people, including those with SEND.
How We Work
We are not a therapy service and we do not deliver instruction-led training. Our work is coaching-led, reflective, and collaborative—supporting sustainable change by helping people think for themselves and act with intention.
Working With Us
We collaborate with local authorities, schools, community organisations, and businesses to co-design programmes that respond to real needs and deliver meaningful outcomes.
